Below is a sample image of a public notification placard. Community members will have an opportunity to offer feedback during the public notification period for any cannabis license application.
According to the Six Nations Cannabis Control Regulations Section 28, public notifications are posted at the location of the applicant business and on the Commission’s website for a 15 day period during which community may offer feedback. Instructions on how to submit feedback are listed on the notice.
